JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY
We are looking for somebody to join our marketing team with the interest and ability to grow and develop the LEW brand, and has the drive to take our marketing to the next level.
JOB TITLE: Marketing Assistant
REPORTS TO: Digital Integration Manager
KEY SKILLS, RESPONSIBILITES & OBJECTIVES
- Build and develop LEW’s social media presence through creative and compelling marketing strategies across all platforms.
- Ensure the LEW brand is promoted through all marketing communications, campaigns and promotions.
- Delivering high quality marketing and promotional events such as trade shows and training days.
- Generating interesting and relevant content to be used for the companies News Blog and Newsletter.
- Being responsible for new and exciting marketing initiatives that keep LEW ahead of the competition.
MUST HAVES
- Creative mindset.
- Effective communication skills.
- Can work well in a team.
- Ability to plan an awesome staff party – needs to live up to previous ones.
- Fast learner.
DESIRABLES
- Experience in Adobe software packages.
- Experience in managing business social media pages.
- Experience in planning and delivering marketing campaigns.
- Marketing experience or educated up to degree level.
