As results week in GCSE’s, A-levels and graduation is upon us! Whether you got the results you wanted, or you didn’t quite get what you would’ve liked we’re here to help. You might know exactly what you want to do now, and that’s great!
If you’re unsure what you want to do next, we’re hoping we can help. We don’t have all the answers, but we want you to know, you have options. If you want to join an organisation that is creating an employee experience that is the envy of our competitors, we’d love to hear from you!
We have several apprentices in the warehouses of our 15 branches. Many of these have gone on to play a bigger role in the running of the warehouse. We’ve apprentices who have gone into Junior Sales roles in a variety of positions in our Head Office. These include our Accounts, HR and Buying departments.

We see Teamwork as integral to our success. We try to create a fun, working environment for everyone to thrive in. There are several sustainability initiatives that we are working on. These include trialing electric vans. We’ve ambitions to create an industry leading customer experience.
Here at LEW, we give you the power to take ownership and accountability of your role. There are several examples of individuals who have seen impressive career progression. For example, we have individuals who have gone from Sales Account Manager to Group Manager within 5 years.
