We are upgrading our ERP system across the LEW branch network. Our ERP (enterprise resource programme) system helps run daily tasks. This includes controlling our stock, generating quotes & orders. We are switching over to a new system over the weekend of the 29th April. To ensure a smooth transition the branches are closed on Saturday 30th April. In addition to this, all branches will be closing at 5pm on Friday 29th April.
As Monday 2nd May is a National Bank Holiday, our branches will be open on Tuesday 3rd May as normal and you won’t notice anything different at first. Our new ERP system will bring a better end to end service. This offers more efficient tools for our teams and modernises many of our processes. Plus, it will soon include convenient services such as a website for ordering products. We will have more about these exciting features soon, including managing your LEW Account.
Existing Accounts
Transactions before May will still be able to be accessed. All customers who use the existing accounts portal on the website will still be able to log in for 90 days.
From 3rd May, we will be setting up log in details for the new portal. If you need immediate access once we have gone live on the 3rd May, please contact Laura Williams. You can email Laura here: laura.williams@lewelectrical.co.uk
All your existing account and contact details will be transferred to the new system. If you do notice a mistake once you’re logged into the new system, please email laura.williams@lewelectrical.co.uk.
