We have some important changes to our Senior Leadership Team at LEW. Josh Johnson has been appointed Operations Director and Scott Berry has been appointed Sales Director.
Josh Johnson
Josh has been working as Operations Manager since 2021, replacing Bruno Hickson. Josh has worked in a variety of roles at LEW, including LEW Lincoln Branch Manager, before moving up to Group Manager, where he was responsible for branches such as Grimsby and York.
Josh has been with LEW for 15 years and has progressed very quickly. In his role as Operations Director, he’ll be responsible for the smooth running of all our 16 branches, along with Head Office functions such as HR, IT, and Compliance.
Scott Berry
Scott has been with LEW over 15 years, and his roles included Branch Manager at Doncaster. He became Group Manager shortly after, having responsibility for branches such as Wakefield, Mansfield and Barnsley. He has developed some key customer relationships over the years and will be responsible for LEW’s Sales Strategy over the coming years.
As a result of this, Scott will be assisting to deliver the LEW Customer Experience which is one of LEW’s key values.
These 2 critical appointments will help drive the business forwards over the years and be key to the growth of LEW.
