On Friday 1st April, LEW York held their Trade Show at the York Sports Club. Having been open for a year, this felt the perfect time to thank our customers for their loyal support. We therefore organised the LEW York Trade Show. We introduced customers to some key suppliers such as Rointe, GEWISS and JCC Lighting.
Led by Phill Middleton, LEW York became the 14th branch in the LEW branch network. This was the 7th branch in the county of Yorkshire. As a result, LEW became the leading independent Electrical Wholesaler in Yorkshire. Doors opened on March 1st 2021.
We used our traditional ‘speed dating’ style show to get all our customers round the suppliers. This meant everyone had a chance to speak to everyone they wanted to. This involved all attendees spending 5 mins with all the suppliers.
We had some winners of our raffle which went down a treat!

To be entered into the raffle to win the prizes, customers had to get their stamp card marked by one of the suppliers. They also had to spend £100 in our York branch in the lead up to the show itself.
It was a great night with over 50 customers attending. We would also like to thank our suppliers who gave up their Friday evening to speak to our York customers.
We also had a Darts competition with a prize being a Soundbar. This was won by Hatton Electrical!
