At LEW we firmly believe in investment of training staff to ensure the best Customer experience possible and make sure our staff are prepared for all challenges that they may face as the future leaders in our competitive industry.

We are passionate about building, shaping and cultivating the leaders of tomorrow, equipping our staff with the tools needed to excel as future Branch Managers. Recently at LEW, we have launched an Emerging Talent group, our first Management Development Programme in our company.

What is Emerging Talent

Included in the Emerging Talent programme is specified mentorship, practical assignments and hands-on experience. Here at LEW, we are eager to grow and build a future-ready team, the Emerging Talent programme is our innovative step towards empowering the next generation of branch managers in the electrical wholesale industry.

We as a company are committed to the growth of our staff, redefining career progression and empowering our dedicated team with structured training tailored to challenges real branch managers may face. This entails many skills this future generation will need to be productive and successful in this industry.

We of all people understand the ever-changing fast paced market of this industry following the trends and patterns, because of this challenge, through means of this programme we strive to guide our staff in the right path to success, rather than get caught up in it.

Although the industry can be fast paced, it mainly consists of loyal clients which have shaped this company into what it is today, we strive to teach our staff not only to keep up with the changes but to form bonds with clients which will in turn lay the foundation of our future, maintaining our reputation as a customer centred business, and therefore enhancing the customer experience.

Adam Wilson – Training and Development Manager

Adam Wilson is our Training and Development manager here at LEW; this is what he says about the programme:

“As someone who has worked exclusively in the electrical industry for nearly 10 years, I’ve witnessed incredible opportunities for career progression. However, I’ve also seen a gap in proactive management development efforts within wholesalers. We’re delighted to be investing in our people, transforming potential into leadership, and setting a new standard for the electrical wholesale industry.”

This training programme will stimulate and encourage exceptional customer experiences, and upbuild our staff to be prepared for the challenges ahead in their career.
